Introduce yourself.

My Dear Lily is meant to be completely anonymous until you decide not to be.

  1. You will create a pen name.
  2. I will send you a questionnaire via email, and you’ll provide a description of who you’re interested to match with. The main goal is to connect with someone on a romantic level. However, you can also connect based on interests, or just the fact that you like to write.
  3. All letters will be sent to me via PO Box, and I will make sure they go to the appropriate party. You have the option to chat with more than one person if you’d like.
  4. Please keep in mind that you shouldn’t be exchanging numbers or social media, or descriptions of your physical identity, because that will defeat the purpose of being anonymous. All letters will be scanned through to make sure that all content follows the guidelines.
  5. You will receive direct invitations to fun mixers that will allow you to meet other people. If you’re ready to reveal your identity, you can also meet the person you have been chatting with.
